Large Swiss Roll Baking Tin

A shallow square-to-rectangular baking tin with low straight sides, made for baking thin sponge sheets that are rolled while warm into Swiss rolls. The flat base and shallow wall also suit tray bakes, brownie slabs, biscuits and sheet cakes. Sold in the large size, it suits home bakers as well as bakery and hotel pastry sections turning out roll cake to order.
