Wire Cake Slicer / Layer Leveller

A metal-frame cake leveller with a fine cutting wire strung across the base, used to slice a baked sponge into even horizontal layers before filling. The adjustable wire height lets you take off a domed top or split a cake into two or three sheets without a long knife.
