A shallow rectangular baking tray with a rolled rim, made for baking thin sponge sheets that are rolled while warm into swiss rolls. It measures about 44cm x 30.5cm with a depth of about 2.5cm, so it also doubles as a tray for slab cakes, brownies, traybakes and sheet sponges.
