A shallow, flat-based non-stick pan of about 26cm diameter with a low rim and a riveted heat-resistant handle, built for crepes, pancakes and thosai. The flat surface lets you spread batter thinly and slide a turner right under it, and the pan is listed as induction safe as well as suitable for gas and electric hobs. Suits hotel and cafe breakfast lines, short-eat counters and home cooks making thosai or pancakes.
