A set of four round plunger cutters in graduated sizes, used to cut and eject neat circles from fondant, gum paste, marzipan or biscuit dough. The spring plunger pushes the shape out cleanly so discs can be lifted straight onto a cake without stretching. Handy for bakery decorators working batches of cupcakes and celebration cakes, and easy enough for home bakers starting out in sugarcraft.
