A plain round pizza pan with a shallow straight-sided rim, made from light aluminium that heats fast and evenly. Named at about 12" across and 1" deep, it suits deep-pan and pan-style pizzas, flatbreads and reheating slices, and doubles as a baking or serving tray. Built for busy pizzeria and hotel ovens, but easy enough for home baking too.
