Pink pastry ribbon cutter wheel

A plastic hand-held ribbon cutter with a fluted cutting wheel and spare wheel heads, used for cutting neat strips, ribbons and frilled edges in fondant, marzipan, pastry and pasta dough. The handle is moulded plastic with the wheels clipping on and off for straight or crimped cuts.
