A heavy, seamless stainless steel piping nozzle with a wide curved slot, marked 127D, used for large rose petals, ruffles and drape effects on cakes. The tapered body fits standard large piping bags, usually without a coupler, and washes up easily after buttercream or whipped cream work. Suits bakery and cake decorators as well as home bakers doing wedding and celebration cakes.
