A large, flat plastic scraper with one straight edge, tapered sides and a hanging hole, used for cutting and lifting dough, scraping down bowls and boards, and smoothing buttercream on cakes. The stiff blade flexes just enough to clean a worktop in one pass, and the plain white body wipes down easily. Suits bakeries and pastry sections as well as home bakers.
