A stainless steel palette knife with an offset (slanted) blade of about 4 inches and a moulded plastic handle, so your knuckles clear the cake board while you work. Use it to spread and smooth buttercream, ganache and jam, and to lift small slices, biscuits and brownies cleanly. Suits bakery and pastry sections as well as home bakers and cake decorators.
