A deep non-stick hopper pan (appa thatti) with two side handles and a domed stainless steel lid, made for turning out soft-centred, crisp-edged hoppers over a domestic or commercial burner. The deep bowl shape helps the batter climb the sides, and the lid traps steam so the middle sets without drying.
