A heavy metal extruder gun with a squeeze-lever handle, used to push fondant, gum paste, marzipan or modelling clay through shaped discs to make ropes, ribbons, hair, grass and borders for cake decorating. The barrel unscrews for loading and cleaning, and the geared lever gives you steady pressure without straining your hand.
