A stainless steel wire-mesh spider skimmer with a flat wooden handle for lifting fried food clear of hot oil and draining it fast. The open wire bowl sheds oil quicker than a solid ladle, so it suits busy fry stations as well as home kitchens doing vadai, cutlets, chips and fish. The "20" marked on the handle is the bowl size, about 20 cm across in this catalogue; the 20" in the product name refers to that measurement, not inches.
