A slotted S/S fish turner with a thin, flexible, angled blade that slides under delicate fillets, cutlets and fried eggs without breaking them. The slots let oil drain back into the pan, and the soft-grip plastic handle keeps a firm hold when hands are wet. Suits hotel and restaurant fry sections, cafes doing breakfast service, and home cooks frying fish.
