Stainless steel ice cream scoop

A stainless steel ice cream scoop with a squeeze-lever release and a black moulded handle, sized medium in this range. The sprung blade sweeps the bowl clean so each portion drops out whole, which keeps scoops even and quick during service. Suits ice cream counters, hotel dessert sections and caterers, and works just as well at home for ice cream, mashed potato or portioning cookie dough.
