A round mesh frying basket in stainless steel with two folded wire side handles that rest on the rim of a wok or deep pan. Use it to lower and lift batches of chips, prawn crackers, vadai, cutlets or fried chicken and drain the oil straight back into the pan. Suits hotel and restaurant fry sections, takeaway kitchens and home cooks who fry in a wok rather than a fryer; the basket measures about 26 cm across.
