A round S/S mesh frying basket, about 24cm across, with two wire rest arms that hook over the rim of a wok or deep pan. Use it to lower and lift batches of chips, cutlets, wadey, prawns or fried chicken, then hang it on the pan edge so oil drains straight back in. Suits busy short-order kitchens and takeaway counters, and works just as well for a home cook doing party frying.
