Square stainless steel fryer basket

A square fine-mesh frying basket in stainless steel, with a long side handle and a fixed hook rest so it can sit on the rim of the fryer or pan while oil drains. Use it for chips, cutlets, prawns, vadai, wedges and nuggets in a deep fryer or a deep pan, and to lift and drain a whole batch in one go. Suits hotel and restaurant fry stations, short-eat counters and home cooks who fry often; about 24cm across, which we read as the basket width.
