A palm-sized oval scrubbing brush with stiff coir bristles and a cotton hanging loop, made for cleaning vegetables. Use it to scrub mud off potatoes, manioc, carrots, beetroot and gotukola stems without peeling away good flesh, and to scour clay pots or grinding stones. Suits hotel and restaurant prep kitchens working through bulk root vegetables, as well as home cooks.
