A one-piece silicone basting and pastry brush with soft heat-resistant bristles and a speckled grey handle, supplied on a hang card. Use it for egg wash on buns and pastry, brushing butter or ghee on roti and thosai, glazing cakes, or basting kebabs and grills — the silicone head wipes clean and will not shed bristles into food, and it is safe on non-stick pans. Suits bakery and grill sections as well as everyday home baking; the length is about 20-22 cm as pictured.
