A one-piece stainless steel slotted turner with a broad, angled head and a long flat handle. The slots let oil and liquid drain away, so it suits frying eggs, fish, cutlets, burgers and pancakes, and it also works as a serving turner on a buffet line. Good for hotel and restaurant kitchens that need something that will not melt or crack, and equally handy at home — but keep it off non-stick pans, as metal edges will scratch the coating.
