Gas Blowtorch Burner Head

A hand-held blowtorch head with piezo one-touch ignition that screws onto a standard butane gas canister (canister not included). It gives a hot, directable flame for glazing crème brûlée, charring peppers and tomatoes, searing meat and fish, melting and thawing, and light workshop jobs. Useful for pastry sections and finishing stations in hotels and restaurants, and handy for keen home cooks; the card states a flame temperature of about 1,300°C.
