A flat pastry brush with soft white bristles set in a moulded plastic handle with a hanging hole. Use it for egg wash on buns and pastry, brushing butter or oil on THOSE pans and baking trays, or glazing cakes and grilled meats. Cheap enough to keep several on the bench in a bakery or hotel kitchen, and handy for home baking too.
