A heavy 36cm stainless steel frypan with a non-stick interior and a riveted tubular steel handle, built with an induction-friendly base plate about 3mm thick for even heat and no hot spots. The wide, low-sided shape suits high-volume frying, searing and sautéing — eggs, fish, cutlets, devilled dishes and stir-fries — and releases food cleanly with less oil. Made for hotel and restaurant lines that fry all day, and equally at home in a serious kitchen at home.
