A deep, round-bottomed stainless steel thachchi (wok-style pan) with two side handles and a domed lid, the interior showing a textured honeycomb-style finish. It suits deep-frying, tempering, curries, devilled dishes and large-batch stir-frying, and the lid lets you steam or simmer in the same pan. The "34" in the name is about 34 cm across the rim, making it a good size for busy restaurant kitchens as well as big family cooking at home.
