A flexible stainless steel palette knife with a slanted (offset) blade and a moulded black plastic handle, sized at about 8 inches of blade length. The offset keeps your knuckles clear of the cake while you spread and smooth buttercream, ganache or icing, and it also lifts biscuits and slices cleanly off a tray. Suits bakery and pastry sections as well as home bakers finishing cakes at the table.
