A heavy cast aluminium hand-crank meat mincer marked 22#, with a wide feed hopper, bolt-down base and a screw-on ring to hold the plate and knife. It clamps or bolts to a table edge and minces beef, mutton, chicken or fish for cutlets, rolls, meatballs and sausage filling with no electricity needed. Suits small restaurants, caterers, butchers' counters and serious home cooks who mince in batches.
