A packet of stainless steel wool scourers — one flat round pad held in a plastic rim plus two spiral steel scrubbers. They cut through burnt-on food, carbon and grease on pots, pans, grills and steel sinks, though they are not for non-stick surfaces. Handy for busy hotel and restaurant washing-up lines as well as everyday home kitchens.
