A packet of pointed natural bamboo skewers, about 15cm long, sold loose in a sealed poly bag. Use them for satay, chicken and fish kebabs, grilled prawns, cocktail bites, fruit sticks and testing cakes for doneness. Suits barbecue nights at home as well as hotel grill counters, caterers and bar snack service, and they are single-use so there is no washing up.
