A Kiwi brand knife with a broad, straight stainless steel blade of about 19 cm and an overall length of about 30 cm, fitted with a moulded black plastic handle. The wide blade and blunt-nosed tip suit heavy chopping and portioning work — meat, fish, jackfruit, pumpkin, king coconut and bulk vegetable prep. Built for hotel and restaurant kitchens, caterers and butchers, and equally at home in a busy household kitchen.
