A Kiwi brand kitchen knife with a wide, flat-ground blade of about 16cm and an overall length of about 27.5cm, fitted with a moulded black plastic handle. It is a general-purpose prep knife for slicing vegetables, cutting fish and portioning meat, and the shape gives good knuckle clearance on the board. Suits busy hotel and restaurant prep lines as well as home cooks who want a cheap, sharp knife that is easy to replace.
