A hand-held garlic press with a perforated chamber that crushes peeled cloves straight into the pan, plus a shaped cut-out on the upper jaw for de-seeding or scraping. The tubular handles give enough leverage to press clove after clove without tiring the hand, so it suits busy kitchen prep as well as everyday home cooking. Useful for curry bases, marinades, garlic butter and dressings where chopping by hand takes too long.
