A two-handled squeeze-type garlic press with a perforated chamber that crushes peeled cloves straight into the pan, no chopping board needed. The cast metal body and long lever handles give the leverage to get through clove after clove, so it suits a busy curry section as much as a home kitchen. Rinse the hopper while it is still wet and the pulp lifts out easily.
