A 26cm frypan with a honeycomb-textured stainless steel cooking surface over a non-stick coating, fitted with a riveted stainless steel handle with a hanging loop. The honeycomb pattern helps protect the non-stick layer, so it stands up to daily frying, searing and egg work better than a plain coated pan, and it is induction safe as well as suited to gas and electric hobs. Good for hotel and restaurant à la carte lines, cafés and busy home kitchens.
