A stack of round food-grade plastic mats used to hold string hoppers while they steam, sold as a bundle. You press the idiyappam onto each mat, stack them in the steamer, and lift them out without the hoppers breaking. Marked super heavy duty virgin food grade plastic, so they suit busy hotel and hopper-shop kitchens as well as home cooks making a morning batch.
