A cast aluminium string hopper (idiyappam) mould head with a T-bar handle and a perforated face plate that pushes dough through into fine strands. It fits the usual hand-press style of string hopper maker and is meant for daily use, so it suits hotel and restaurant breakfast lines as well as home kitchens making string hoppers in quantity. Sold as shown; the "4*1" in the name is catalogue shorthand and not a measurement we can confirm from the photo.
