A heavy-gauge (18) cast aluminium cooking pot with a drop-in lid and two side ring handles, built for long hours on high heat. Sized for bulk rice, curries, stock and milk rice, it is the workhorse pot for hotel and restaurant kitchens, canteens and caterers cooking for large pax counts. Also suits big home kitchens and almsgivings where a domestic pan is simply too small.
