A plain aluminium cooking pot with a flat drop-in lid, made in the old Pettah style for daily kitchen work. The straight sides and wide base suit curries, dhal, rice, milk and general boiling over gas or firewood, and the lid doubles as a serving tray or dough plate. Sized No.10 in the maker's own range, it works for home kitchens as well as small hotel and canteen lines; we can confirm the rim diameter and capacity on request.
