A cast aluminium hopper pan (appa thachchiya) with a deep rounded bowl, two side handles and a domed lid with a ring knob. The curved base gives you the classic bowl-shaped hopper with a crisp lacy edge and soft centre, and the lid traps steam so the middle sets properly. Suits home cooks making hoppers daily and small hotels, guesthouses and caterers running breakfast service; this is the medium size in the range.
