A deep cone-shaped aluminium strainer with a perforated base and two side handles, made for straining fresh milk, coconut milk, stock and rinsing rice or pulses. It sits over a pot or bucket so the liquid drains while grit and solids stay behind, and the punched holes clear faster than a fine cloth. The '14' is a size marking, most likely about 14 cm across the rim in this catalogue; useful for dairy collectors, small canteens and home kitchens alike.
