A small aluminium pittu steamer mould with a perforated dome lid, used over a pot of boiling water to steam pittu in the traditional cylindrical shape. The narrow barrel packs the rice flour and coconut mix evenly, so it cooks through without going soggy. Suits home kitchens and small cafes doing breakfast pittu; larger hotel kitchens usually want the bigger size.
