A long, narrow-bladed chef knife from Tramontina of Brazil, with a moulded yellow polypropylene handle for grip and easy colour-coding in a busy kitchen. The 8" blade (inches here, not centimetres) suits slicing meat and fish, portioning cooked joints and general prep work. Built for professional kitchens but equally at home on a domestic chopping board.
