A traditional pittu steamer mould with a side handle and lift-off cap, made to sit over a pot of boiling water so steam passes up through the packed flour-and-coconut mix. The tapered base seats on the pot mouth while the tall barrel cooks the pittu in neat cylinders. Suits home kitchens making pittu regularly, and hotel, restaurant and caterer breakfast lines turning out repeat batches.
