A spun aluminium nambiliya — the shallow, wide-mouthed bowl used to wash and pick over rice, dhal and grains before cooking. The ridged inside helps grit settle and separate as you rinse, and the light body makes it easy to tip and drain one-handed. Suits home kitchens as well as busy restaurant and canteen prep areas; "2" is the vendor's size grade, not a measurement.
