A traditional round-bellied aluminium cooking pot with a wide rolled rim, pressed in one piece so there are no seams to leak. It heats fast on gas or firewood and suits rice, milk rice, curries, dhal and biryani in small batches. Good for home kitchens and small kitchens, and handy as a back-up pot for caterers and boutique hotels.
